Tatsuha-san was interested, what food we usually eat. So I'm gonna tell you!

We have three meals a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. For all these meals some kind of "a Swedish table" is set. So we can take anything we want! There is always a lot of food. I'm glad that there are always many fruits and vegetables (though I'm fed up with them), but there is also unhealthy food, such as bread, pitas and so on. I can become sated even after having had lunch; what should be said about the other meals?!

Breakfast is served usually at 7.30-8.00. There are always canned fruits (mostly pineapples), yoghurt, cottage cheese, fresh fruits, orange juice, cornflakes, milk. And in addition something interesting: eggs, omelette, toasts, etc. We usually have lunch at 11.45. Lunch is believed to be a light meal, but to my mind it is as substantial as dinner. We have always fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and lettice for lunch (I usually make a salad and try different dressings). Besides there are beans (among them - American black beans), carrot, beetroot, cheese, pieces of dry bread. And always - fresh fruits. For dinner, which is at 17.00, we have almost the same food. Our cook usually cooks the second course, which consists of meat dishes + spaghetti, etc.

I like food in our camp! I like our cook Dana - he has a real talent for cooking! I like Buffolo Bob - this guy always supports us! He is cool!

First support staff has a meal, and then counselors come and eat.

Besides there is a coffee statio in the corner of the dining hall, where we can make tea, coffee or hot chocolate. On the day off, when we have no meals, we get a lunch bag.
